We did not achieve our target for percent of PFRs closed within 150 days. More information about the issues involved in the timeliness of PFR processing is included in the performance section of this report. 58 percent of PFRs were processed in 110 days or less… and 42 percent of PFRs took more than 110 days to process. 50% or more of cases decided within 150 days.
