Continue improving the grant application process.

Overview: Beginning in the first quarter of 2011, EDA implemented a new grant application process that was more transparent, accountable, and competitive, reducing the responsive time to applicants. Using Survey Monkey, EDA will now survey applicants on the new application process in order to continue improving the process as well as adapting to the needs of the applicants. Timing: The first survey will be implemented in the first quarter of 2012.
