Streamline Agency Processes to Reduce Costs and Accelerate Delivery Other Information:
* Delivery of the FEMA app on a variety of smartphones will allow more users to access valuable information. * The ability
for users to access static information (ie., what to do after a disaster) without the availability of WiFi or a wireless signal
allows the public to be informed even if they don’t have connectivity. * The availability of information through a smartphone
app has the opportunity to minimize the number of inquiries during a disaster and to provide information in an expedited manner.
