The GOP has a good track record of holding fundraising events, and this must continue. Look for opportunities to bring in creative surrogates to bring new donors into the Party. Some of our recommendations are Fundraising 101, but it's clear too many state parties and campaigns do not have functioning finance committees and other fundamental tools for fundraising success.
