This new organization should conduct nationwide grassroots educational programs through symposiums, lectures, and forums to exchange ideas and to raise awareness of alternate political solutions to addressing the concerns of minority communities and the electorate at large. It should serve as an educational resource on economic, social, and political issues affecting minority Americans at all levels of government.
