Publicly educate and inform friends and allies and their donors. Other Information:
Campaigns, state parties, and campaign committees need to do a better job of publicly educating and informing friends and
allies and their donors. This may mean placing TV buys earlier, promoting paid media, putting out press releases about bus
tours, announcing plans for victory headquarters, etc. Until the laws change, we have to do a better job of making the right
things public.
