The RNC should work with state parties to find new ways to recruit and motivate our volunteers. We need to establish programs that incentivize and reward volunteers for their work in multiple areas. And we need to provide them with better tools to assist in their efforts and ensure that they know we value their importance. They are a critical path to our success. We cannot contact and persuade voters without them.
