Measure 3.3.1.2: Personnel Policy

Revise the existing personnel policy to allow for longer-term appointments for senior research and teaching staff in order to ensure stability and continuity in UNU academic programmes

Other Information:

at the level of postdocs and other junior academic staff there should be a reasonable turnover. Promotion to a senior position has to be the exception
