The Performance Measure Management team ensures that performance measures are used to hold staff accountable for achieving results timely and efficiently, and provides opportunities for the staff to spot trends or make suggestions for new areas to examine. The performance metrics for the percentage of payments that are made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) are as follows: * Fiscal year 2011 target = 83% * Fiscal year 2012 target = 85% * Fiscal year 2013 target = 89%
