Executive Summary -- As part of its mission managing the U.S. Government’s finances and resources, the Department of the Treasury
serves millions of customers. As required by Executive Order 13571 on Streamlining Service Delivery and Improving Customer
Service, the Department has developed this plan, which identifies specific actions and initiatives which will further advance
Treasury’s customer service over the next year, focusing on one signature initiative and three key service areas.
