Provide financial and performance information that is useful, relevant, timely and accurate and which assists the SBA in maximizing program performance and accountability. Align budget with performance and link it to the agency’s goals, regularly produce financial and performance reports, conduct program reviews, and maintain a rigorous internal control process to support improved performance of the agency’s operations and programs.
