Apply and Pay Online -- Businesses will be able to apply online for licenses, permits and credentials they need to open their doors and operate legally and safely in the city—with the goal of processing 80% of new business applications and renewals online by the end of 2013. In addition, business owners will be able to make payments for licenses, permits and other fees online at NYC.gov.
