Promote broad availability of solutions to strengthen user value. Other Information:
A limitation of the current environment is that most identity solutions apply to a specific business process or service, which
results in a lack of identity portability and interoperability across services. This stove-piped approach offers little value
or convenience to users. The Federal Government must take steps to incentivize all levels of interoperability among participants
in the Identity Ecosystem, encourage the creation of a diverse set of identity providers both inside and outside of government,
and promote the widespread use of Identity Ecosystem solutions by all citizens.
