Activities to Adopt Best Practices for Improving Customer Experience: The 2010 L2 Digital IQ Index for the Public Sector study of the effectiveness of more than 100 organizations' websites, digital outreach, social media use and mobile sites ranked NASA number one by a wide margin. NASA astronaut Doug Wheelock has been recognized with a Shorty Award for his use of social media to connect and engage during his six months living aboard the International Space Station. The agency is honored to be recognized as a leader in best practices for use of social media.
