The RNC should conduct a test of random digit dialing vs. listed voter sample to determine which list source provides more
accurate polling/survey research for campaigns, or whether a combination proves most accurate. The Obama campaign and the
Democratic Party are moving to listed voter samples and away from random digit dialing. We should address this head-on and
seek to develop consensus in our polling community about the path forward.
