The RNC, to the extent practical, should include in its independent contractor agreements provisions granting the RNC the
right to audit, examine, and duplicate the contractor's financial and other records pertaining to the activities covered by
the contract; and requiring the contractor to establish and maintain records sufficient to allow such audit, examination.

at any time should RNC officials feel it is necessary and appropriate.
