5: Threats and Vulnerabilities

To ensure that NARA’s senior staff and decision makers can appropriately and quickly assess threats and vulnerabilities stemming from enterprise risks, develop and assign responsibility and resources for an enterprisewide risk management capability that allows it to monitor its internal and external environments continuously and systematically.
