Improve the processing and quality of FBI responses to FOIPA requests. Other Information:
The FBI has made several process improvements to address the increasing public demand for FBI information. However, dramatic
improvements can only be achieved through modernization of the FBI’s information technology systems. Priority Actions: Develop
a paperless FOIPA process including an Internet-based request and response capability. Ensure FOIPA processes are fully addressed
in the FBI’s future electronic record keeping system.
