In order to eliminate wasteful spending and better respond to the growing digital communications demands of the 21st century,
website reform will create a centralized online platform, via Energy.gov, to provide consumers and business audiences with
clear, consistent and reliable information and services wherever and whenever they want it, while also empowering Department
of Energy employees with simple tools and straightforward guidance to communicate and interact with those audiences and each
other. Website reform achieves this by moving all public-facing Headquarter DOE websites to one platform. This is includes
two integral kinds of improvements:
