Web Scorecard Tool Introduced -- In addition, DHS has a web scorecard tool to provide a binary weighted score for measurable
factors to capture the nine metrics categories in the federal domain survey. The scorecard adds up to 100 points and each
category can be rated on a percentage basis. In lieu of more robust human performance testing, we expect to require each website
owner to use this scorecard and report on results on a regular basis in FY12.
