SI D.2: Talk to TSA Kiosks

Deploy self-service ‘Talk to TSA’ kiosks.

Other Information:

To gather targeted feedback from participants in the pilot, TSA is deploying self-service ‘Talk to TSA’ kiosks. Customers will be able to quickly and easily share direct feedback with TSA by answering questions as they exit the checkpoint. Kiosks will be deployed as the pilots begin in Q1 FY12.
