Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. No projects implemented as of end of FY2011. Unseasonally cold weather and a very late spring delayed work on the Forest. Also, the committee made its first recommendations in March and its last recommendation in June. In most cases, the recipients have not had time to complete their projects.
