Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. In 2011, the RAC recommended 25 projects (some of these were multi-county) for funding. The DFO approved all project recommendations and we expect all projects to be fully implemented at 100%.
