Action 08: Awareness
Departments will raise awareness of their digital services so that more people know about them and use them
Stakeholder(s):
- Government Digital Service: Government Digital Service will: * share examples of success across departments
- UK Government Departments: * departments will set out plans to encourage channel shift in departmental digital strategies. These will be reviewed annually
* departments will publish plans that clearly identify the savings they expect to make as a result of increased use of digital
services
