There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original
level of requested funding (allowable under the program).

Advice on public lands planning and draft criteria of accepting off-cycle requests and draft recreation strategic plan on
various aspects of these topics, including but not limited to whether the proposals were consistent with previous committee
advice, if they identify appropriate roles for TVA, what approaches to use to balance conservation, recreation and economic
development uses of public lands, as well as issues and criteria of public interest, land use and financial aspects were considered.
Other input on drought management, environmental strategies, prioritization and evaluation of leases and easement for commercial
campground and marina operators, and process and prioritization of stewardship initiatives with regard to the Natural Resource
Plan development was considered.
