Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. From the life of the committee, the reservoir operations study, which was fully implemented, was a major recommendation of the committee. Advice on public lands conservation and development, commercial, recreational and stewardhip compliance issues and associated strategies, Natural Resource Plan Guiding Principles, and TVA's Natural Resource Plan final document have been considered.
