    • The TAP supports the mission of improving IRS service and customer satisfaction by having 2 distinct input opportunites. This first method is by submitting grass-root recommendations from area committees to the IRS program owners. Prior to submission issues are prioritized, researched, documented and ultimately raised to the program owners for consideration. The second methodolgy involves TAP members partnering with program owners on assigned tasks or projects and presenting recommendations directly to them for consideration. These processes directly support the mission and strategic plan of the IRS.
