Documents/P2E/Values

  • Value [1] Private Investment
    • P2E is an example of how private investment along with concerned corporate citizens and a caring community can make a difference. We have defined and achieved success for this project in several ways.

  • Value [2] Community Force
    • First, we have created a Force in our community that will grow support and services for 99ers.

  • Value [3] Nondiscrimination
    • Second, P2E has led to the development of protective legislation that would Prohibit Discrimination on the length of one's unemployment.

  • Value [4] Hope
    • Third, we have become a source of Hope for our 99er's who need to hear loud and clear that help on the way.

  • Value [5] Community Engagement
    • We believe P2E will support a Groundswell of community engagement and debate regarding appropriate actions to address long term unemployment.

  • Value [6] Performance Standards
    • The opportunity presented through P2E requires dramatically different thinking. This is more than a traditional social responsibility initiative which generates local goodwill. The corporate citizens that step forward are making a statement about believing in people while maintaining the highest standards of performance.

  • Value [7] Shared Value
    • Working through P2E employers create shared value in the community.

  • Value [8] Corporate Success
    • Corporate success and thriving communities are interdependent.

  • Value [9] Thriving Communities

  • Value [10] Workforce

  • Value [11] Education

  • Value [12] Engagement

  • Value [13] Sustainability
