Agri-food contributes more than $30 billion to the provincial economy in terms of GDP, and employs more than 700,000 people. Ontario has the most diversified agricultural sector in the country. The industry is working smarter, more efficiently and more environmentally responsibly than ever before. It is producing safe food.
