Other Information:

The usability testing outlined under "Increase Feedback from Customers" will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Web Managers' Council Best Practices (http://www.howto.gov/web-­‐content/requirements-­‐and-­‐best-­‐ practices/checklists/long#usability-­‐and-­‐design) to identify users' top tasks and ensure the redesigned web site continues to allow users to fulfill them.
