| Description |
Eighteen agencies said they planned to continue to work on developing performance measures for e-government. For example,
one agency reported that this was an ongoing process that required staying alert to changes and evolution in technology, programs,
and processes. Another agency described the need for tools to provide accurate performance information in a consistent and
timely manner. The agency will address this by collaborating internally and communicating with the public to improve customer
service.
