of using technology for reducing the cost of transactions, improving compliance with government requirements (e.g., public
health and safety), enhancing national security by facilitating the sharing of information among authorized agencies, and
providing access to more accurate, complete, and timely information. Specifically, one agency reported that it tracked measures
related to customer service, including satisfaction with the quality and service of products and agency program enrollees'
satisfaction compared against its industry standard.
