This objective is aligned with our Human Capital Plan that encompasses leadership and knowledge management, a results-oriented performance culture, talent management, and job satisfaction. We use an integrated approach that ensures human capital programs and policies are linked to the mission, goals, and strategies, while providing for continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. This objective captures our work ensuring that we have the right talent in the right positions at the right time to meet the challenges of the 21st century by attracting, developing, motivating, and retaining a highly skilled and diverse workforce. Performance Measures: - The extent employees believe their organizational culture promotes improvement in processes, products and services, and organizational outcomes. - The extent employees think the organization has the talent necessary to achieve organizational goals. These performance measures address central aspects of this objective. The FTC recognizes that its employees are its greatest asset and places great emphasis on the importance of human resources management to the successful accomplishment of its mission. The FTC seeks employee feedback on the extent they believe the organization culture promotes improvement in processes, products and services, and outcomes and the extent the FTC has the right talent in the right positions at the right time to carryout the mission.
