1: Recommandations

The Council is intended to provide the Commission with advise on the reliability and security of communications networks, including as it relates to telecommunications, media, and public safety communications. It provides a unique, open forum where parties with varying interests can work to arrive at recommendations for assuring optimal communications services in times of emergencies.
