There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original
level of requested funding (allowable under the program).

No recommendations were submitted in FY 2011. In the past, the FRRCC's January 2009 advice letter was submitted to former
Administrator Johnson, current Administrator Jackson responded to the FRRCC's advice letter with a formal response letter
indicating that significant portions of the FRRCC's recommendations had been implemented. In addition, Administrator Jackson
indicated in her response to the FRRCC's assorted advice letters submitted in September 2009 that the Agency had already begun
to implement some of the Committee's advice and recommendations, and that the others would be referred to the appropriate
Agency staff for consideration and implementation.
