Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). PPDC's broad representation of stakeholders provides for a full range of viewpoints on any given issue. As the PPDC is a "dialogue" committee, we do not vote or generally produce specific recommendations, except through work groups, which must then report to the full PPDC. It would be very difficult to estimate a specific percentage of recommendations that are partially implemented as a result of PPDC discussions.
