Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. PPDC's broad representation of stakeholders provides for a full range of viewpoints on any given issue. As the PPDC is a "dialogue" committee, we do not vote or generally produce specific recommendations. It would be very difficult to estimate a specific percentage of recommendations that are fully implemented as a result of PPDC discussions. Rather, the Agency benefits from the discussions among the members and can base any policy decisions on a full understanding of the opinions and feedback provided by the Committee members.
