Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). This percentage has increased over the last couple years of life for this committee due to more specific questions being asked of the Board directly from the Agency versus the community input that mainly formed their agenda items from previously - not to say they were not of interest to the Agency, but not necessarily the top issue either. The expansion of the ELAB Charter to include advising the FEM has made much of the feedback from the Board more visible across the Agency for use. With specific tasks that the Agency needs the feedback from the private/public sector, this has added efficiency to the Board and the Agency in utilizing the information requested.
