- The Committee provides pro bono expertise to assist preparation of positions on international private law matters arising
usually in the work of intergovernmental bodies, such as the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL);
the Hague Conference on Private International law; the International Institute for the Unification of Private Law (UNIDROIT);
the Organization of American States (OAS) Specialized Conferences on Private International law (CIDIP), and others.
