Stakeholder(s):

• Mine Safety and Health Administration: The mission of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) is to protect the safety and health of the nation’s miners. In enforcing the Mine Act, MSHA conducts four complete inspections annually at active underground mines and two complete inspections annually at active surface mines, provides compliance assistance, and partners with the mining community.
