- The ACA members bring a wide range of education, information and background to the discussions on policies, and practices
that impact workforce development. This expertise, combined with research and analysis, provides the Secretary with recommendations
that will help to guide the decisions that will enhance and improve the national apprenticeship system and can support the
Secretary's vision of good jobs for everyone.The ACA deliberates on a wide body of information regarding workforce development
issues and prepares a formal set of recommendations that is presented to the Secretary with goals that the department will
pursue over the coming year.
