Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). The proposed revisions to the Registered Apprenticeship System’s Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations are currently being reviewed; the Department’s Fall 2009 and Spring 2010 Regulatory Agendas announced ETA’s plans to publish an NPRM to revise Registered Apprenticeship’s EEO regulations, which have not been updated since 1978. The ACA’s recommendations are being reviewed as a part of the rulemaking record.
