Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. One of the most significant recommendations implemented by this committee to date is the acceptance and approval of the recommendation to update the 1978 Apprenticeship Regulations (29 CFR 29). This recommendation will be fully implemented as of November 1, 2008. The recommendations from this fiscal year are under review and pending full implemtation.
