Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. All four subcommittees have been established and have held meetings both in-person and via teleconference. They report on their plan of action at the July 2011 meeting and were tasked to prepare white papers and interim recommendations for the full OESC’s consideration at the November 2011 meeting.
