Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. While not every operational aspect of the approved plans and protocols have been implemented due to resource constraints, these are all ongoing activities and are considered to be fully implemented for reporting purposes. Funding has been provided this FY to support State/Interstate Management Plans and support ANSTF-approved species management and control plans.
