Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). This percentage is based on the 17 formal recommendations made. Actual number of partially implemented recommendations is much higher. Observations and comments are ongoing and discussions are consensus based. The Boston Harbor Islands Partnership has listened to the members of the Council on all aspects of Partnership deliberations.
