For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations,
but few times recommendations are not implemented.

The Department has completed 83 of the 110 recommendations contained in the December 17, 2007 Subcommittee on Royalty Management
Report entitled "Mineral Revenue Collection from Federal and Indian Lands and the Outer Continental Shelf". The Depatment
has developed a detailed Action Plan to track and manage implementation of the remaining recommendations. The Committee provided
nine recommendations to the Department of Interior in an October 2006 report entitled, "Final Report on Royalty Reporting
for Retroactively Approved Communitization and Participating Areas Agreements". The Department has implemented all nine recommendations
contained in this report. All six recommendations contained in the May 2005 Geothermal Valuation Subcommittee Report have
been implemented by the Department.
