- The Alaska RAC is a vital communications link to a wide range of stakeholder groups in the State of Alaska. Cooperation from
those groups is essential to maintaining the health of the land, building effective partnerships, and ensuring the responsible
use and development of Alaska's natural resources, including those which support the national energy strategy. The RAC members
support the agency mission and strategic plan by informing their constituents about BLM plans and projects and conveying citizen
concerns back to the BLM for discussion and/or action.
