Description For a variety of its own reasons not applicable to the Committee, the agency may implement all/most of the recommendations, but few times recommendations are not implemented. Many of the recommendations made by ITAC 10 affect ongoing trade negotiations, including the WTO-GATS services negotiations. Therefore, it is not possible to determine a percentage of recommendations fully implemented. However, USTR and Commerce officials take the advice of ITAC 10 seriously in international trade negotiations.
