Description There are sometimes a few proposals which were not funded in their entirety, those few being scaled back from their original level of requested funding (allowable under the program). CG-5422 gives full and extensive consideration to all Council resolutions and recommendations. For various reasons all recommendations may not be acted upon. Some are very time consuming, taking years to complete, others are not possible to complete in full due to regulatory or legislative requirements over which CG-5422 has no control.
